FRIENDSHIP

What a blessing you have been

Since you walked into my life.

Only bringing happiness

Never causing any strife.

I thank my lucky stars

That you became my friend.

A friendship full of laughter

It will never see an end.

So I thank you so very deeply

You have a big piece of my heart.

I will always be grateful

That in my life you became a part.

The memories that we've made

And things that we have yet to do.

I am forever grateful

And even though our love is new.

God gifted me your friendship

And by your side I will always stand.

I will wrap you in my arms

And I will endlessly hold your hand.

I hope I can always be

As good a friend to you.

Forever we are blessed

With a bond that is so true.
