OUR GILDED THRONE

All this time together has really been a blast. 

Accepting all my flaws and not judging me my past.

The laughter and the cuddling, the love I feel is vast.

The months keep adding up, and time has flown by fast.

Thank you for embracing us, both me and my son.

I guess I never knew that a relationship could be so fun.

After all this searching, I think I'm finally done.

With all my heart I feel like you could really be the one.

The hours on the phone, and you've never made me cry.

Wrapped up in your love, I feel like I could fly.

I don't want to forget to thank the Lord up in the sky.

For bringing someone special, you are the perfect guy.

So thankful for this joy and the love that you have shown.

In a short amount of time, our attachment’s really grown.

I'm finally in a relationship where I don't feel so alone.

So grateful for how you love me, you are the best man that I've known.

You make my son smile, and tickle his funny bone.

To be so happy and in love, has really set the tone.

It finally feels like I'm not better off on my own.

So yes, we will always sit with you, on our gilded throne!
