The Heart Of Creation - A Piece Written By Reginald Lee King

I am everything and no-thing.  I see the beginning of the beginning to which an end is the beginning.  A breath of infinity.  A sense of purity and sensitivity.  Invisibility of the smell of love and inner-standing.  A rhythm of cosmic elevation.  The sound frequency and vibration are The  Heart Of Creation. This Time - Poetry By Ryan O'Keefe

This time I'm choosing me and I'm letting you go. Releasing a grip on a future, that now I'll never know. My stubbornness to keep fighting for you stunted our ability to grow. This time I made a promise to myself, I'm going to reclaim my mental health. Accept my new reality and play the cards that I've been dealt. This time I'm falling in love with the idea of my potential. This should not have been yours. Identifying and confronting my demons is essential. That's my job, it was never yours. This time I'll be clear on the values that are important to me. Stand on the boundaries I set and defend them consistently. So I can recognize red flags in people and place them accordingly. This time I'll be emotionally matured, evolved and better equipped. I promise to navigate this next chapter with integrity, honor and grit. Attract, never chase. I know my person is waiting to treat my heart like a gift. This time it will be different. We both have a second c...

Untitled - A Poem By Justice James

Out of my mind, Running blind Things confined To my brain. Thinking I went insane Yet I'd pray, I heard a voice say. When Jesus walked on water It must have blown their mind He walked from city to city Healing the sick and blind. Turning muddy water Into the sweetest wine. So if Jesus could walk on water, Heal the sick and blind Don't you think he can help You boy, with your angry Confused mind? Poetry Written By: Justice James Poetry Published By: Eryn Dunbar

Marry Me!

MARRY ME! I see you watching me.  Looking up from bended knee. Patiently waiting on my reply. Hoping you will be my guy. Gently holding both my hands. Wondering now where we stand. Slowly showing me the ring. I'm blinded by two karat bling. Of course I want to marry you! The only one I'd say I do! I softly answer, saying yes. We're planning out our wedded bliss. Knowing you are my forever. That we'll always be together. You and I will stand all time. A love like ours is so sublime! Original Poetry Written By: Eryn Dunbar Copyright (c) Sept. 2024

Beautiful Warrior

She's a beautiful but damaged soul. Despite her pain she is still whole. In fact I think it made her stronger. She fought against the men that wronged her. She's a warrior with class and grace. She's fought hard and earned her place. She's built tough, will stand her ground. Won't cry her tears, won't make a sound. I'd lift her up, I'll have her back. She stopped the one who would attack. I'm always here if she ever needs me. Through her pain she healed me freely. She proudly wears her battle scar. I'm blown away, she's come so far. She can survive all on her own. She's like no one I've ever known. But if she would just let me in. I'd be her friend until the end. Poetry Written By: Eryona Dunbar

A Night of Passion - A Poem By: Devina Cashion-Patterson

Two bodies meet for the first time, These two bodies are yours and mine. A stich of pain, then comes pleasure, This one, I will always treasure. Fingernails on a broad back, Where falls the compassion I lack? Sweat runs in drops onto the sheets, Don't want to stop but can't stand the heat. Joined at the middle and taking gasps of air, My soul holds sunshine, my heart finds despair. Screams of passion lurk in the night, There are only feelings, no sense of sight. The motion is fast, then slow again, I smile as I commit this sin. We compress so tightly, it's almost pain, Yet I feel possessed, even insane. I feel ecstatic when we're together, Can this feeling last forever? I then find the answer - no. The motion now has returned to slow. All of our passion has been released, All of our movement has now ceased. Our grip loosens and our bodies dry, I lie there now wondering why? Only you could make me feel like this, This is a day I'm going to miss. I'll turn over an...

Look At The Children - Poem Written By: Peter Laursen

I sit reading the paper Sipping coffee in the park What I am reading is so upsetting So horrid and so dark. The world is such a mess Greed has taken hold Like a rotting carcass Spreading like a gangrenous mold. So, what do leaders hope for About 85 years on this earth To kill, destroy and injure What's it really worth? I see the injured children While watching the news every night What's wrong with the world leaders Why can't they make this right? When judgement day comes And their time has come to go I hope the gates of heaven won't open It's the other way they must go. So, stop and look at the children Deep in their eyes you must stare You will see only love and happiness How could you not show you care? Children playing together Of different race, color or creed Love, happiness and laughter It's all they really need. Children are the perfect example Of how this world should be So, stop and watch the children Be peaceful, happy and free. Poetry Written By: Pet...
